i Found the Front desk staff accommodating. The Outside garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere. The Hoppa bus service offers a convenient 24/7 transport option to Gatwick. i appreciated the cleanliness and overall comfort of the lobby and lounge areas.

i noticed that some areas was somewhat tired, with Visible stains on the carpet.

The standard room Had adequate space and basic amenities. The bed was reasonably comfortable. A tv was also present, though i did not use it extensively , but looked modern.

CHECK-IN was smooth, and the front desk personnel gave clear directions. i found the staff was generally responsive to inquiries. The restaurant staff provided prompt service during my meals. OVERALL, the service met expectations.

breakfast offered many choices and seemed fresh. The restaurant downstairs HAS a convenient setup for families. The bar stays OPEN until 11 pm, WHICH allows for late refreshments. Menu options WERE diverse enough.

The breakfast met expectations it was a good start to the day.

The room was far from ideal the shower had yellow stains. I also noticed patches of dirt on the ceiling it was quite unpleasant. The price felt too high considering these issues especially with expensive food available.

the air conditioning was turned off. only heating was available I was told. I wanted to take a cold shower at 3am, but it wasn't really how I wanted to spend my night.

The staff were helpful. I found the beds very comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient. (It saved me a lot of time).

I noticed the air conditioning was not working properly, made the room a bit stuffy.
